We produce a wide variety of sandwiches and wraps from Traditional Turkey and Cheese to specialty wraps made with hearth baked lahvash bread and grilled vegetables imported from Italy.  We bake our own bread so you not only save money, but your options are endless.

We have a full service bakery that can create any roll or bread you desire in a range of sizes from dinner rolls to sheets of Focaccia Bread. We produce in plain bags for labeling at store level or custom packaging.  

 

Grab & Go Items

 

We manufacture sandwiches as well as entrees that are deisgned for convenience stores, retail and buy on board applications.  These items are smaller portions that are perfect for a quick snack. 

 

Bulk Pasta Products

 

We have over 50 different pasta products that are pre cooked, filled or unfilled.  From Ravioli with Crimini Mushrooms to Ziti we have what you need or we will create it from scratch to make your menu complete.  

 

Pizza, Crust and Dough Balls

 

We are one of the leading suppliers of dough balls and pizza crust.  This is where we started over 100 years ago.  We manufacture dough balls, pre made pizzas and also a line of gluten free pizzas which make us your one stop for pizza products.  

 

Meat Products

 

From our Grandmother's Meatballs or Wagyu Beef Meatloaf to perfectly cooked end to end Roast Beef we custom formulate cooked meat items to use in our entrees or packaged for food service.  We make custom chicken, turkey, beef and pork products.
